Reports & Analytics
The Reports page provides analytics across four tabs: Overview, Usage, Conversations, and Sentiment. All data can be filtered by time period and bot.
Filters
| Filter | Options |

| Time Period | Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days |
| Bot | All Bots, or select a specific bot |
| Export | CSV, PDF, or Excel format |
Click Export to download the current view.

Overview Tab
Key Metrics
Four stat cards at the top:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Conversations | Number of conversations in the period |
| Containment Rate | Percentage of conversations resolved without agent escalation |
| Avg Response Time | Average time for the bot to respond (milliseconds) |
| Total Messages | Total messages exchanged (user + bot) |
Charts
- Conversation Trend — bar chart showing conversations over time
- Sentiment Analysis — donut chart breaking down positive, neutral, and negative sentiment
Tables
- Top Intents — most common user intents with count and percentage bar
- Usage Metrics — LLM tokens, RAG queries, STT minutes, TTS minutes, and embeddings used
Usage Tab
- Usage vs Limits — progress bars showing consumption against configured limits for each metric
- Daily Usage — table with date, LLM tokens, RAG queries, and conversations per day
Conversations Tab
Six metric cards:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total | All conversations |
| Completed | Conversations that ended normally |
| Escalated | Conversations handed off to a live agent |
| Abandoned | Conversations where the user disconnected |
| Avg Duration | Average conversation length in minutes |
| Avg Messages | Average messages per conversation |
Two breakdown tables:
- By Channel — conversation counts per channel (web, SMS, WhatsApp, voice)
- By Bot — conversation counts per bot
Sentiment Tab
Three cards showing the distribution of sentiment across conversations:

| Positive | Green |
| Neutral | Gray |
| Negative | Red |
Each card shows the count and percentage of total conversations.
