Reports & Analytics

The Reports page provides analytics across four tabs: Overview, Usage, Conversations, and Sentiment. All data can be filtered by time period and bot.

Overview Tab

Key Metrics

Four stat cards at the top:

Total ConversationsNumber of conversations in the period
Containment RatePercentage of conversations resolved without agent escalation
Avg Response TimeAverage time for the bot to respond (milliseconds)
Total MessagesTotal messages exchanged (user + bot)

Charts

  • Conversation Trend — bar chart showing conversations over time
  • Sentiment Analysis — donut chart breaking down positive, neutral, and negative sentiment

Tables

  • Top Intents — most common user intents with count and percentage bar
  • Usage Metrics — LLM tokens, RAG queries, STT minutes, TTS minutes, and embeddings used

Usage Tab

  • Usage vs Limits — progress bars showing consumption against configured limits for each metric
  • Daily Usage — table with date, LLM tokens, RAG queries, and conversations per day

Conversations Tab

Six metric cards:

Two breakdown tables:

  • By Channel — conversation counts per channel (web, SMS, WhatsApp, voice)
  • By Bot — conversation counts per bot

Three cards showing the distribution of sentiment across conversations:
