Phone-Bot Mapping
Map phone numbers to voice bots so inbound calls are automatically routed to the correct bot.
Overview
Three stat cards at the top show:
- Total Numbers — all phone numbers in the tenant
- Assigned — numbers with a bot assigned
- Unassigned — numbers available for assignment
Mapping Table
The table shows all phone numbers and their current bot assignment:

Assigning a Bot
- Click Assign on an unassigned number (or Change on an assigned number).
- In the modal, select a voice bot from the dropdown. Only bots with the
voicechannel type are shown. - Click Save.
Inbound calls to that number will now be routed to the selected bot.
Unassigning a Bot
Click the Unassign button on an assigned number to remove the bot mapping. Inbound calls to that number will no longer be answered by a bot.

If no voice bots exist, an info box is shown prompting you to create a voice bot in the Operations Portal first.
