Phone-Bot Mapping

Map phone numbers to voice bots so inbound calls are automatically routed to the correct bot.

Overview

Three stat cards at the top show:

  • Total Numbers — all phone numbers in the tenant
  • Assigned — numbers with a bot assigned
  • Unassigned — numbers available for assignment

Mapping Table

The table shows all phone numbers and their current bot assignment:

Assigning a Bot

  1. Click Assign on an unassigned number (or Change on an assigned number).
  2. In the modal, select a voice bot from the dropdown. Only bots with the voice channel type are shown.
  3. Click Save.

Inbound calls to that number will now be routed to the selected bot.

Unassigning a Bot

Click the Unassign button on an assigned number to remove the bot mapping. Inbound calls to that number will no longer be answered by a bot.

If no voice bots exist, an info box is shown prompting you to create a voice bot in the Operations Portal first.
