Setting a Primary Number

Click the star icon on a number card to mark it as the primary number. The primary number is used as the default caller ID for outbound calls.

Releasing a Number

Click the delete icon on a number card to release (remove) the number. Released numbers are returned to the provider and stop incurring charges.

WARNING

Releasing a number is permanent. If the number is assigned to a bot, unassign it first via Phone-Bot Mapping.
