Branding
The Branding page lets you customize the look and feel of your OmniBots deployment, including the chat widget that your end users see.
Layout
The page is split into two panels:
- Settings panel (left) — configuration controls
- Preview panel (right) — live preview of your changes in light and dark mode
Logo
- Click Upload to set a custom logo. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, WebP (max 2 MB).
- Click Remove to revert to the default logo.
The logo appears in the portal header and the chat widget header.
Organization Info

Brand Colors
Choose from 6 preset color themes or configure custom colors:

| Primary Color | Main brand color (buttons, links, active states) |
| Secondary Color | Accent color (badges, secondary actions) |
Each color can be set via a color picker or by entering a hex value directly.

Chat Widget Settings

Message Styling
Customize the appearance of chat bubbles:

Preview
The preview panel shows a mock chat widget with your current settings applied. Toggle between Light and Dark mode tabs to verify both themes.

Saving Changes
Click Save in the header to persist all changes. Click Reset to revert to the platform defaults.
