Audit Logs

The Audit Logs page provides a searchable, filterable history of all administrative and system actions in your tenant. This is essential for compliance auditing and troubleshooting.

Features

The audit log viewer (provided by the shared component library) includes:

• Filters — narrow events by date range, user, action type, or resource
• Export — download the filtered log as CSV for external analysis
• Statistics — summary counts of events by category

Logged Events

Audit logs capture actions such as:

Category	Examples
Authentication	Login, logout, failed login, MFA challenge, SSO callback
User Management	User created, updated, suspended, password reset
Role Management	Role created, permissions changed, role deleted
Integration	Integration enabled, configured, tested, deleted
Bot Management	Bot created, published, unpublished, deleted
Compliance	Data retention policy changed, data purge executed, subject request processed
Security	Rule created, IP blocked, anomaly detected, event resolved
Settings	Tenant settings updated, branding changed, API key created

Retention

Audit log retention is configured in Data Retention & Rights. Logs older than the configured retention period are automatically purged if auto-purge is enabled. Set retention to 0 to keep logs indefinitely.
