Billing

The Billing page shows your current plan, usage metrics, cost breakdown, and invoice history.

Current Plan

A card at the top shows:

• Plan name and billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)
• Current period estimate — projected cost for the current billing period

Usage Stats

Four metric cards showing consumption in the current period:

Metric	Description
Conversations	Total conversations
Messages	Total messages exchanged
LLM Tokens	Tokens consumed by AI models
RAG Queries	Knowledge base retrieval queries

Breakdown

Three columns provide detail:

Current Period Breakdown

Itemized list of usage with associated costs for the current billing period.

Plan Limits

Shows the limits included in your plan:

Limit	Description
Bots	Maximum number of bots
Users	Maximum number of users
Conversations/Month	Monthly conversation limit
LLM Tokens/Month	Monthly token limit

Billing Contact

Displays the billing contact information on file.

Invoice History

A table of past invoices:

Column	Description
Invoice	Invoice number
Period	Billing period (start – end date)
Amount	Total amount
Status	Paid, Sent, Overdue, or Draft
Download	Download the invoice

Click Refresh to reload billing data.
