Tenant Admin Portal

The Tenant Admin Portal is the central management interface for your OmniBots tenant. From here, tenant administrators control who has access, what integrations are available, how compliance and security are enforced, and how the platform looks and behaves.

Dashboard

When you log in, the dashboard shows a snapshot of your tenant:

  • Total Bots — number of bots created in the Operations Portal
  • Active Bots — bots currently published and handling conversations
  • Conversations Today — conversations started in the current day
  • Total Users — users provisioned in your tenant

Below the stats you will find:

  • Recent Users — the latest users added to the tenant, with their role and status
  • Roles Overview — distribution of users across roles with permission counts
  • Recent Activity — a timeline of recent administrative actions
  • Quick Actions — shortcuts to Create Bot, Knowledge, Integrations, and Conversations

The sidebar organizes the portal into groups:

The top bar includes a global search (searches navigation items, users, and phone numbers), notifications, theme toggle (light/dark mode), and a user menu with profile and logout.

Permissions

Only users with the tenant_admin role can access the Tenant Admin Portal. Other user types (bot_admin, supervisor, agent, analyst, viewer) are redirected to their respective portals.
